If your USB drive isn’t showing up as an input
Make sure your USB drive is securely plugged in to the USB port on the right side of the TV.
If you’ve confirmed it is plugged in and the USB drive still doesn’t show up as an input option, your USB drive may need to be reformatted in order to be detected by the television. See our guide for reformatting a USB drive on a Mac, or on Windows.
If your USB drive shows up as an input, but the media can’t be played back
Your media may be incompatible. For video files, .mp4 is the preferred format. Most video files downloaded from the church’s website will be in this format.
