Changing Sound Output on a Mac

Click the Apple symbol in the menu bar at the top of the screen, and select “System Preferences.”

In the System Preferences window, select the “Sound” icon to open sound settings.

Click the “Output” tab at the top of the window.

Select the TV for your classroom as the output device. The “type” should say HDMI if you are connected to the TV via HDMI.

You should now have sound coming through the television.
